Are you licensed and insured in Florida? +
Yes — we are a fully licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and carry comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We'll provide documentation before any project begins. This is non-negotiable, and we'd encourage you to ask every contractor you speak with for the same.

We're based in Clermont, FL and serve homeowners throughout Central Florida — including Orlando, Winter Garden, Windermere, Kissimmee, Apopka, Ocoee, Minneola, Groveland, Leesburg, Sanford, Lake Mary, Davenport, and surrounding communities across Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties. What if my project goes over budget? +
It won't — unless you change the scope. Our Price-Lock Guarantee means the written quote is the price you pay. If unforeseen site conditions arise that could affect cost, we stop, explain what we found, and get your written approval before proceeding. You will never be surprised by your final invoice.
How long does a home remodel take? +
It varies significantly by scope. A bathroom renovation typically runs 2–4 weeks. A full kitchen remodel is often 4–8 weeks. A complete interior transformation can take 3–6 months. We give you a realistic timeline in writing before we start, and we stick to it. We'd rather build in proper time upfront than rush and cut corners.
Do you handle all the permits? +
Yes, fully. We manage permit acquisition, inspections, and all required documentation for every project we take on. We have working relationships with the Lake County, Orange County, and Osceola County permit offices and know how to navigate the process efficiently so it doesn't slow your project down.
Can I see examples of your work? +
Absolutely. We have before-and-after photography from completed projects across Central Florida. During your consultation, we'll share examples that are specific to your project type — remodels, new builds, and driveways. We're proud of our work and love showing it off.
